Do you accept my insurance?
I am in-network for most major health plans in Colorado including Medicaid, call or email for details and insurance verification.
Per session rates:
Individual Therapy: $175/hour
Family/Couples: $200/hour
LCSW Supervision: $100/hour
How do I know if it will be a good fit?
I see therapy as a collaboration and partnership and therefore it is essential that you feel comfortable. I offer a free 15 minute consultation before starting services to discuss questions and to meet to discuss your goals for therapy.
If there is any time when you feel as if it isn't a good fit that is up to you and no hard feelings.
What will we talk about?
Whatever you want! That's the great thing about therapy. You set the pace. If you don't feel comfortable discussing some things immediately, that's understandable. As trust is built the partnership is built and we will continue to check in to make sure we are making progress on the goals you set. Yes. some weeks therapy is serious, but sometimes it's not and that is up to you.
